We make the notarization process simple and convenient by traveling directly to your home, office, hospital, care facility, workplace, or mutually agreed location. Whether you need a single document notarized or assistance with multiple documents, we provide reliable service with professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for your time. Our goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience while ensuring all notarizations are completed in compliance with New Jersey notarial laws. We commonly notarize affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, powers of attorney, consent forms, trust documents, medical forms, school paperwork, vehicle forms, contracts, and other permitted notarial acts. Appointments are available by scheduling, with same-day, evening, and mobile service options available based on availability. We proudly serve clients who need convenient, professional service without the hassle of traveling to an office. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy To provide timely service and reserve appointment availability for all clients, the following policy applies: Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations: Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows / Client Unavailable: If the signer/client is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, cannot provide valid identification, documents are incomplete, or the appointment cannot proceed for client-related reasons, a no-show/travel fee may apply. Travel Fees: Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary has departed for the appointment location. Loan Signings / Large Document Appointments: Appointments involving printed loan packages, extensive document preparation, or rush/same-day services may incur additional cancellation fees if canceled after documents have been printed or preparation has begun. Right to Refuse Service: Apex Mark & Seal reserves the right to refuse service when required by law, including but not limited to inability to verify identity, incomplete documents, signer unwillingness, or suspected coercion/fraud.
