All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Your name on the ID should match the name on the loan documents whenever possible.

Most loan signings take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the loan type, number of signers, and document package size.

Yes. Every borrower whose signature appears on the loan documents must be present with valid identification at the time of signing.

Yes. We encourage borrowers to review their Closing Disclosure and loan terms with their lender before the appointment so any questions can be addressed in advance.

We recommend waiting until your lender or title company has confirmed the documents are ready before scheduling. While we do our best to accommodate delays, appointment times may need to be adjusted if documents are not received before the scheduled signing.
