We coordinate the signing appointment, confirm signer readiness, guide the process step-by-step, and ensure documents are executed according to your instructions—whether at your home, office, or another agreed location. Ideal for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate documents, our service focuses on clear communication, discretion, and dependable follow-through from start to finish. Our Delivery Trust Agent services are designed for situations where important documents, packages, or materials must be delivered responsibly while maintaining clear communication and professional presentation throughout the process. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy To provide timely service and reserve appointment availability for all clients, the following policy applies: Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations: Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows / Client Unavailable: If the signer/client is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, cannot provide valid identification, documents are incomplete, or the appointment cannot proceed for client-related reasons, a no-show/travel fee may apply. Travel Fees: Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary has departed for the appointment location. Loan Signings / Large Document Appointments: Appointments involving printed loan packages, extensive document preparation, or rush/same-day services may incur additional cancellation fees if canceled after documents have been printed or preparation has begun. Right to Refuse Service: Apex Mark & Seal reserves the right to refuse service when required by law, including but not limited to inability to verify identity, incomplete documents, signer unwillingness, or suspected coercion/fraud.
