Apex Mark & Seal provides professional mobile loan signing services for buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, title companies, escrow professionals, and signing service providers. We facilitate organized, professional signing appointments designed to help ensure documents are properly executed and returned promptly. We assist with a variety of loan signing appointments, including refinance packages, purchase closings, seller packages, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and other real estate-related document signings. Our signing appointments are conducted with professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail while maintaining compliance with notarial laws and lender/title instructions. We understand the importance of accuracy, communication, and timeliness throughout the closing process and strive to provide a smooth experience for all parties involved. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy To provide timely service and reserve appointment availability for all clients, the following policy applies: Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations: Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Shows / Client Unavailable: If the signer/client is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, cannot provide valid identification, documents are incomplete, or the appointment cannot proceed for client-related reasons, a no-show/travel fee may apply. Travel Fees: Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary has departed for the appointment location. Loan Signings / Large Document Appointments: Appointments involving printed loan packages, extensive document preparation, or rush/same-day services may incur additional cancellation fees if canceled after documents have been printed or preparation has begun. Right to Refuse Service: Apex Mark & Seal reserves the right to refuse service when required by law, including but not limited to inability to verify identity, incomplete documents, signer unwillingness, or suspected coercion/fraud.
